We had a wonderful experience with SO Windows Doors and Conservatories from start to finish. Tony was really helpful for our initial quote and survey, no pressure selling and complete transparency. We had all of our windows replaced across our house and the quote was so reasonable. Timescales were exactly as estimated, quote to fitting in less than four weeks. Craig, Lee, Kyle and Marty were great fitters, managing to navigate sub zero weather with ease. We couldn’t have had a better experience, I would highly recommend to anyone who needs advice, a great service and a friendly team to complete the work. We are really very grateful!

The installers were excellent; they were friendly but proffessuonal. Installed the windows as quickly as they could and where they had to come back to finish off a few areas, they turned up on time and in the day they said they would, texting before thand to check it was OK to visit.

The windows and door are superb and look great. Build and finish of windows and door is excellent and I have lready noticed a difference due to improved noise insulation and heat insulation.

Money, very well spent.
